Who is the target audience of IEFT Talks Webinars?
The target audience of IEFT Talks Webinars is motivated and hard-working Turkish students who are planning to go abroad for their studies.
Our aim at IEFT is to bring together the most successful high school, undergraduate, and graduate students looking for a quality education abroad. We also bring together parents, educational agents, and high school counselors to help you recruit the best students.
High School Students
We have a special database of the best high school students and their parents that we invite to IEFT Talks Webinars. A big number of high schools students attend to IEFT Talks Webinars from the leading Turkish high schools such as MEF, Istek, TED, French, American, German High School, Koc, Bahcesehir, Enka, Bilfen etc. These students are not only interested in continuing their undergraduate studies abroad, but also most of them come from a successful background with high achievements.
University Students
There are around 220 top universities in Turkey. We promote IEFT Talks Webinars to the top Turkish university students. Numerous students attend IEFT Talks Webinars regularly from Turkey’s top universities such as Koc, Sabanci, Bilkent, Hacettepe, METU, ITU, Bogazici, Bahcesehir, Ozyegin, Cankaya, Atilim, Bilgi, Yeditepe, MEF, Aydın, Medipol, Işık, Istanbul, Ankara, Dokuz Eylul etc. who aim to have a postgraduate diploma, or Ph.D. degrees abroad.
Young Professionals
Another type of our target audience is young professionals. They are mainly white-collar young professionals such as lawyers, engineers, finance, marketing, HR, IT job holders who are interested in language courses, postgraduate degrees, and diploma programs abroad. We target these groups and regularly invite them to IEFT Talks through our rich database. They are a great audience with some savings and decision-making skills to shape their academic career themselves.
Families & Parents
We believe that parents are the most influential decision makers particularly for undergraduate, high school and junior language school studies. Therefore, we pay special attention to making sure more parents participate in our webinars with their children. International high school programs and international undergraduate studies are an increasing trend in Turkey, and it seems like more parents are considering international high school programs and universities to provide the best future for their children. We expect this interest will increase in the upcoming years. Turkish families are also excellent targets for academic programs in the long run. Our evaluations and surveys show that many parents are more likely to create a long-term education plans for their kids and IEFT TALKS gives them the best opportunity to meet education providers from all over the world to discuss the highest quality education for their children.
High School Counsellors
There are around 500 very good high schools in Turkey and their students are quite interested in studying abroad. Many of the private high schools in Turkey have their own “International Education Counsellors” who advise the students on their undergraduate studies abroad. We regularly invite them to our webinars to connect them with the highest quality educational institutions. The counsellors advise and influence the final decision of students and parents, which is why it is crucial to build strong networks with them.
Educational Agents
Educational agents play a crucial role in study abroad recruitment. There are around 350 educational agents in Turkey and around 15,000 worldwide. We invite all educational agents from Turkey and the EuroAsia region to our webinars. Many of them regularly attend IEFT Talks Webinars to build their network and discuss business with other agents and representatives. We also cooperate with EuroAsia Workshop and YEDAB-Association of International Educational Agents in EuroAsia Region.
